How to repair

Repair of a puncture.
Degrease a soap solution, and dry a place around of a puncture and patch which you are measured to stick a puncture.
Put glue PVC from a kit of tools thin layer on stuck together surfaces and allow to dry out during 2 - 3 minutes.
Densely press patch to a place of repair and carefully jam all pasted surface, especially edges, the tool of type of a wide chisel, but with stupid edges. Process of polymerization (mutual exchange of molecules of stuck together surfaces) will be completed in 12 hours. After that you can pump up a boat.

Repair of a cut or break.
1.   Be convinced, that in a repaired cylinder does not remain water which could get there at its damage.
Degrease a soap solution, and dry a place inside and outside of a cut or break, and as two patches by which damage will be eliminated.
Put glue PVC from a kit of tools with thin layer on the internal party of the damaged surface and on one of patches.
 Allow to dry out during 2 - 3 minutes.
Accurately push the patch inside of the damaged cylinder, straighten and densely press it to a place of repair from the interior of a cylinder. Carefully jam all pasted surface, especially edges, the tool of type of a wide chisel, but with stupid edges.
Put glue PVC from a kit of tools a thin layer on the external party of a repaired surface and on the second patch.
Allow to dry out during 2 - 3 minutes.

Replacement of the valve.
 The valve for pump fulling cylinders of a boat consist of two parts, one of which is screwed in another being inside of a cylinder. For replacement of a faulty external part of the valve it is enough to unscrew its special key (it is got separately) and to replace. Thus it is necessary to twist the serviceable valve with effort that air did not pass on edges of the valve.
Very often there is no necessity to change the valve, and enough it is good for washing out and establishing on the place. (Grains or dust can get inside of the valve, that, having broken its work).
To replace an internal part of the valve you will need to make a cut in a cylinder near to the replaced valve. It is necessary to replace an internal part of the valve through this aperture in a cylinder, and a cut to stick (see "Repair of a cut or break. ")

ATTENTION! Never apply ACETONE. Acetone destroys a surface of PVC. To dilute glue or to remove glue from a surface of PVC applies TOLUENE.
