Case of RIB R-600 was developed specially for the maximal realization of all functional qualities of a high-speed vessel with an inflatable board. It is a basic difference from the domestic analogues, being adaptation of launch or scooter cases for an inflatable balloon.
Phenomenal seaworthiness of presents RIB is achieved by a combination in a design the narrow and rigid case with deep V - bottoms and wide landing of the inflatable balloon providing excellent stability of a vessel on parking or small course. On the move at correctly designed RIB balloons adjoin to water only at impact on a wave at jumps between crests (slamming) or " landing on water " on a back of a passing wave.
In this case balloons are as though "soft" cheekbones of the case and behave as shock-absorbers in an automobile suspension bracket, softening impacts and, thereby raising seaworthiness. Such properties of the scheme - the rigid case + a balloon, allow to get rid of excess weight of high-speed courts` cases, usually used for increase in "penetrative" weight of the vessel raising softness of a course on a short and abrupt wave. Design R600 on 100 % realizes all these functionalities RIB.
Contours of the bottom have not only deep "V", but also positive sphericity of cheekbones bow parts, giving higher rigidity to the case, so also economy of weight. The variable, a bottoms deadrise on all to length of the case, in a combination to optimized fodder "ski" provides excellent controllability and stability in a wide range of speeds. For the first time, for domestic RIB, the scheme of a high deck of a cockpit, i.e. the closed case capsule also raising the general rigidity and durability is applied.
The underdeck space is divided into tight compartments in which, fuel tank of the big capacity in particular are placed. Application of such tanks has allowed to reach range of a course up to 600 sea miles, it has made R-600 the present sea raider. In particular on tests R-600 has passed without refuelling a full circle on such "good" water area as Ladoga lake on a wave up to 4 points, at a wind up to 17 meters a second.
The cockpit is completely selffounded, according to standard ICO and drained from the flooded condition on the move for five minutes. There is high fodder partition recess in design R-600, it is relieving a cockpit from "overtaking" waves. Recess, as well as it is necessary to an element of the present sea vessel, is intended for installation of two pendant motors, total capacity up to 270 h.p.
In design R-600 the special attention is given to a place of the helmsman. It is designed so that to provide convenience and comfort of management to the pilot both costing, and sitting in current of long time for speeds up to 40 units and height of a wave up to 1,25 meters. The steering console has excellent ergonomics, in opinion of experts IMCI - the best, and the safetiest among domestic RIB.
IMCI has realized tests R-600 for assignment of the European certificate on a category "offshore", i.e. distant sea navigations with height of a wave up to 4 meters. RIB R-600 is designed as a multi-purpose vessel and can, at the order of a corresponding complete set to be used as a walking, fishing, sports or high-speed patrol vessel.
RIB R-600 has no analogues at other domestic manufacturers, both on constructive, and on consumer properties (tonnage/the maximal capacity engines /seaworthiness / autonomy navigation /cost). |
