"Korsars" on fishing

It would be desirable a tasty small fish - a salmon, white-fish.
- I know, where is!
- Is it n a shop? At a restaurant?
- It is in Ladoga.
There is such place Suhanevskaya bank, that is near to the river Burnaya. There a long time immemorial Finns fished valuable breeds. Now fishing artels catch in those places the tackles which have remained from Finns. But not on the bank because the depth there is about  of 1-2 m and a deposit of fishing courts does not allow to pass there. Fishing artel  fish around there and are content with that comes across near it. To catch on bank from boats with the rigid case is dangerously. There the wave can suddenly appear; on small depths it is sharp and malicious, overturns and heats vessels aluminium, steel, plastic. The fish finds in these places for itself a lot of forage which periodically rises waves from a bottom. It is enough forage because on the small depths which are warmed up by the sun, the biomass well rise, which fish eat.
So, waves lift the fish forage, the fish gathers for a feast, and we follow it on "Korsars". We take two boats. "Komandor 470 " we collect, we inflate, we put the motor capacity 50 h.p. Also we launch the Fontanka river. "Combat 380 ", packed into two bags, the motor 15 h.p., tanks with gasoline, equipment, GPS-navigators and tackles we load in "Tayota". "Komandor" with a command will go the course up to a parking lot (approximately 150 km). The command "Combat" will reach by the machine (90 km), will choose a place and will break camp. The main reference point of parking is a cape Dalekiy near the dam. Communication is for 5 h on a portable radio set. The unfamiliar way by the machine has borrowed nearby 3 h. We have found very good parking place: a sandy beach, from both parties is thrickets of a reed. In 20 m from water there is the wood in which we put tents, we inflate beds, we spread sleeping bags. We do an alive fencing protection against a wind from Ladoga  using branches of the pine cut up to us. Of thick branches have made benches and a table.
We wanted some tea and have dissolved a fire, a marching teapot with water have suspended on a tripod. In correct time we have tried to leave on communication with "Kommandor". Everybody kept silent. Well, it is not over yet, we have decided to inflate ours "Combat" and to look round. In half an hour have got acquainted with neighbours to the left of us. Fishermen are Russian lads, constantly here fish. We notice that they obviously like ours "Combat". We suggest to test it in business, they agree to make it to morning. Neighbours on the right send and have told history about a yacht which has flown on stones and sadly laid on one side in 300 m. "Three days ago in a bay the white yacht has come. A command are muscovites the father and the son. The weather was clear, a weak breeze, a small wave. Staying a little at a dam, the boat has sailed away. Here at the son falls down from a leg a shoes and falls for a board, the father undresses and dives for it. He has got aboard, has got inside to change clothes. When he has left in dry swimming trunks, there was already late: the 10-years boy, operating a yacht has flown on stones. The boat was filled up on the right board and shuddered with rolling waves. Fishermen have offered the help, but muscovites have refused. The night storm has thrown a yacht on rocks where it has strongly got stuck. The father with the son the third day live under a bush, the boy has had time to burn two ant hills and to steal a boat of fishermen which hardly have then found. Later we have met unshaven daddy who complained to us of own son...
On horizon "Komandor" has appeared: it could be learned on a fluttering flag "Korsar". On a portable radio set have answered that everything is all right, and we have prompted them the safe approach to parking. In some minutes we listened to history about huge waves and a strong wind which have stretched travel from St.-Petersburg up to a bay on 6 o’clock. A fish presented by neighbors we have decided to prepare an ear, and pair wite-fish on 1,5 - 2 kg to bake on coals. A fish for ear we clean, a mode, we fill in with the Ladoga water. The kettle is hung up on a tripod. A fish for baking we draw but do not clean. We pour a special mix and left to become impregnated. In the meantime water in a kettle begins to boil; we remove foam, we put an onions, a bell pepper, a bay leaf. We salt. Through heels of minutes it is removed from fire, we extinguish in a kettle a birch brand, we add a pile of vodka … the Ear it is ready.
There are ear, onion, black bread, salt, vodka on the table. White-fish hiss on coals. Bon appetit! Ladoga splash beside and under its noise the neighbour on parking tells fishing histories. We listen to it, slightly setting on. A sit-round gathering was tightened far midnight. In the morning, having swam on the beach we have breakfast and we prepare for tackles for fishing. We decide to bypass all Suhonevskaya bank which begins in 5 km from coast and twice more in diameter. We bring coordinates from an electronic card in GPS-navigators. Send neighbours and have reminded of a yesterday's arrangement. It is told, - it is made, we give them to use "Combat". They have 1000 m of networks also they have the sanction to catching. We decide to check up their networks, then to catch and equip "Komandor". The five-kilometer way to the first network on a wave in height almost a meter was borrowed nearby with 10 minutes. In an hour a fish were laid in plastic boxes. Men were obviously happy: 250 meters of networks in an hour, such did not happen! Usually for a day checked so much.
Old boat toss on a wave very much! Keep for a network, maneuver is not present, the wave rolls, a boat continually fills in, only take out water. For a day you can suffer enough. Time to time there is a storm, the large fish  overwind a grid or the seal will tear! We try to not remove a network, on a place to untangle and repair whenever possible, taking out a fish from the mesh. Networks cost stretch on 50-meter ropes attached to heavy anchors. And a wave here practically always. It often happens that it is removed already rotten fish. It is a heavy work. But to remove a fish from 250 meters of a network in an hour is a fantasy!

 - OK!
We went from our friends on pair kilometers and it is begun fishing there where have gathered the seagull. They dived behind wobblers, accepting them for a fish. It’s a full fun. In an hour we have taken two salmons and two pike perches on 3 kg everyone. We have decided it is enough and have gone to coast. On a passing meter wave with 50-strong motor " Komandor " goes smoothly, but it is powerful. Sometimes it entirely jumps out of water, and the screw starts to thresh air with howl. But in an instant it plunging into water, rejects an underwater whirlwind and again bears us to coast. The captain sits in a leather seat "Saab", holding a convenient rudder and easily operating a boat. The command on wide cylinders has caught for rails. In some minutes we are on the coast. "Combat" with the men still is absent, they have a great interest. A boat have pulled out on coast, we sit, we drink tea with sandwiches, we have a rest. Through pair hours neighbours come.
- How many costs "Combat"? - Sell.
Not more expensive then money. Buy.
"The main" not delaying, has got money and count out the necessary sum. Only then he begun to smile and has joyfully told:
- We never caught so much! 1000 m of networks for half a day have checked up. Perfectly! We haven’t got tired at all and have not got wet! A super boat "Combat"! Thanks!
- Will you allow to fish? - it is asked.
 - Every day 1000 m of networks we shall check, still kilometer we shall put. To bank networks we shall entangle, all fish will be our! - dreams aloud main of fishermen.
And, smiling, adds:
- What’s for you fish? Take fish as many as you will carry away: the salmon, white-fish.
We did not begin to refuse, have taken bags and salt, have gone to neighbours for a fish. We selected fish the average sizes on 3-4 kg: a fat salmon, magnificent white-fish. We have cleaned and poured large salt there and then, with neighbours listening about qualities of a boat known to us "Combat":
- Floors cost as poured in, as if a deck. Cylinders are greater, rigid. A boat is wide, stable. Seaworthiness is high. Speed on a meter wave with ours "Yamaha"  is about 20-40 km/h.
It is not necessary to take out water from a boat, itself leaves through the drain valve. Also we did not think to dream about. Having packed a fish in the bags, we have gone on the parking. Sensibly arguing we decide to move to home tomorrow. We had a rest, a fish "have caught" this is the full order. The car has unexpectedly approached, two person send out. It was a fishing control. We have got acquainted. We have talked. Having seen anything suspicious, inspectors have left. After a couple weeks fishmen from a dam have arrived to us to shop and have bought one more "Combat", but greater size. Probably, their business becomes better. Good luck!
